Quiz Competition on World Environment Day 2022
Topic: Environment ‐ questions will be purely based on environment, ecology and conservation of plant and animal life and government schemes for the protection of the environment.
Eligibility: The contest is open to the 9th standard to 12th standard (Standard of the academic year 2022‐2023) students of Puducherry U.T. only.
Date of the contest: 04.06.2022 – Prelims: 9 am to 9.30 am and Finals: 11 am to 12.30 pm.
Prize:
First Prize : Rs. 3000/‐ for 1 person
Second Prize : Rs. 2000/‐ for 1 person
Third Prize : Rs. 1000/‐ for 1 person
The winners name will be notified through email and hosted in department website.
Guidelines of the contest:
👉 The quiz is an individual quiz, to be conducted online. There shall be no teams.
👉 The students willing to participate in the Quiz competition have to register themselves in the google link provided.
👉 The link for the preliminary test will be sent to the registered students through email.
👉 There shall be an online preliminary test (Google Forms based).
👉 The top 6 students shall get selected for the online finals (Zoom or Google Meet based).
👉 The top 3 students (from the finals) shall be awarded prizes and certificates during the Environment Day celebrations to be held on the 5th of June.
👉 All other participants shall receive online e‐Certificates.
👉 The selected winner has to produce their proof of U.T. of Puducherry Residence.
